A web-based tool for graphic and web designers
to create a design brief online.
Together with my team Taika Ström, we work remotely with our international clients. Clarifying the visual direction for a branding or digital project can often be a daunting task because using words to describe aesthetics is such a subjective thing. What is "chic" for a Parisian is not the same "chic" for a Beiruti. Misinterpretations often lead to a lot of back-and-forths between a designer and a client and that leads to lost time and profitability.
I wanted to introduce a tool into our workflow which helps me to run our design projects smoother. This is how My Visual Brief was born.
Once we launched the initial version of the tool, I quickly received seed funding from the Startup Chile program to help us take this project to the next level.
At the moment we have around 5000 designers who have used the tool. Check it out here.
To promote the tool I initiated and managed different marketing techniques:
Here are some of the blog posts we wrote integrating strategic keywords to drive traffic into the website. For the rest, I invite you to check out My Visual Brief's blog.

I created the webinar 13 Ways to Stop Clients Asking for Endless Design Revisions. It was a great way to attract new traffic and convert them to sign ups.
